How it works
1. Earn points
Every time you order with the HOP app, you’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend.
Points are added automatically when you order via Click & collect or at an In-store kiosk
2. Unlock rewards
As your points add up, you’ll unlock reward tiers. There’s nothing to activate — rewards unlock automatically when you reach each milestone.
3. Redeem when you order
Once a reward is unlocked, you can redeem it when placing your order in the app or at the kiosk.
